Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your non-refundable deposit of £50 for a normal party and £100 for a private hire. Deposits are only taken by credit card, or debit card. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. Through payment of this deposit you are deemed to have accepted these Party Terms and Conditions. We do not take provisional party bookings. We reserve the right to decline any party booking request.

Your party balance must be settled in full at least seven days before the party date. Without this payment we will be unable to host your party.

Where a cancellation or postponement is made by you within seven days of the party date, the cost of the party is not refundable.

If you cancel or postpone more than seven days in advance of the party date, you will not be charged the full cost of the party. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.

Where a party is subject to a price increase after a booking is made, we reserve the right to amend the price of the party to the new price.

Unfortunately, we are sometimes let down by our suppliers and are obliged to make changes to our parties as a result. We reserve the right to change the format of parties (including the type of food or entertainment) without refund. Where possible we will provide notice of any changes in advance.

Please confirm the number of guests when you pay your balance. If the number of children attending your party increases, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate extra guests on the day (space permitting). Additional guests must be paid for on the day. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for any children who do not attend the party. The minimum number of children for parties is set out in your booking confirmation.

Children who have not been paid for in advance as party guests are welcome to pay our normal admission charges and play in the centre. However they will not have a seat at the party table, and will not be provided with party food or party bags (where relevant).

Please arrive a few minutes before your party is due to start. The time, date and duration of your party is indicated in your party confirmation. If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your party. Party rooms must be vacated promptly at the end of your party.

Only food & drink purchased at Monkey Bizness can be brought onto the premises unless (i) the food is birthday cake or birthday cupcakes for a party, or (ii) we are made aware of any allergy requirements that we are not able to cater for.

Special dietary requirements and any other pertinent information should be discussed with us at the time of booking or payment of your balance. We will endeavour to accommodate any special requirements which have been discussed with us.

Party-goers must adhere to our rules of play at all times. A copy of these is displayed in the centre and is available on our website.

Monkey Bizness is a parent / adult / carer supervised centre, and the play frame is not constantly supervised by our staff. We recommend a ratio of at least one adult to every five children. Please bring with you the contact details of all parents not attending the party, in case of an emergency.

Personal possessions left in the party room are left at your own risk. We will not accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to any personal possessions on our premises, or for any personal injury arising other than through our negligence.

Regrettably these are not allowed.

Any outside company including magicians, entertainers, photographers or DJs will need to produce a valid DBS check and a public liability insurance certificate before being allowed into Monkey Bizness.
